This is a band 35 position.
T he Global Account Receivable platform supports the Global Consumer Business and OPEN Business growth as well as their compliance needs with high stability and very high volume of transactions. The platform is undergoing an agile transformation to improve efficiency, flexibility, cost, innovation and time to market.

We are seeking a talented, experienced Senior Product Manager to help drive customer focused agile delivery of Servicing related capabilities within the Global AR Platform. Focus areas include meeting w/consumers to gather their needs, creating functional and technical product strategies & roadmaps, prioritizing requirements & driving the agile delivery of software products and features. A key part of this role will be to create and implement a culture of agility and product ownership in partnership with technology and business teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize development of software products in alignment with business objectives
  • Translate the software product roadmap into well-defined requirements, features, and acceptance criteria
  • Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices
  • Communicate and build consensus across multiple departments in creating the software product requirements
  • Champion innovation, contribute to delivery transformation as well as agile development principles adoption
  • Work closely with business and technology teams to define, develop and deliver new solutions in rapid iterations
  • Ensure that the appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to track performance post launch in order to evaluate future investment
  • Produce ROI analyses and optimization recommendations
  • Identify risks, challenges, opportunities and business integration needs
  • Coordinate software product deliveries with onshore/offshore technology teams

Qualifications

Required skills:
  • Experience in product management and/or product delivery
  • A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of driving innovation and product delivery with a customer-first mindset
  • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams
  • High degree of proficiency in iterative development, Scaled Agile Framework and SAFe principles
  • Enthusiasm and passion for great products and services and an ability to articulate product functionality
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global organization
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Proven technical knowledge of SOA, API Services design & development
  • Bachelor degree in a related business or technical field
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and associated products, a plus
