Are you an experienced Customer Support Executive with a help desk/sales background with an interest in pursuing a new career in aviation?

Providing support 24 hours/365 days a year, the AOG team provides emergency and non-emergency assistance to aircraft that are grounded due to mechanical or electrical failure.

Assisting contracted and non-contracted customers, your role will be to ensure that contracted customers requirements are processed in a timely manner, and inventory is managed to assist with non-contracted customers ad-hoc requirements.

Working as part of the AOG (Aircraft on Ground) team your role will involve:

Handling all customer requirements both in and out of hours

Responding to customer AOG and priority requirements within contractual timeframes
*

Delivering high quality customer service at all times
*

Maximise all sales opportunities
*

Developing your knowledge to deliver an exceptional service to your customers
*

Managing customer accounts and contracts, including specific requirements
*

Assisting the AOG Sales Manager and Director with all tasks as required

The successful AOG Support Executive will have the following attributes:

A background in Customer Service/Sales with targets in place
*

Excellent problem solving abilities with the ability to see an opportunity to up-sell where possible
*

Professional and courteous communication skills, both written and verbal
*

IT knowledge with experience of CRM Databases
*

Be flexible and adaptable with working hours (Shifts = 2 days, 2 nights & 4 off)
*

Numerate, accurate with the ability to meet deadlines
*

Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to work in a busy environment
*

Experience working with customer in a 24 hour service environment

Role: Customer Executive (AOG Support Executive)

Location: West Sussex

Salary: GBPBasic + Shift

Working hours: 2 days / 2 nights / 4 days off (Subject to change/flexibility)
