CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Finance Administrator to join the team located in Sunbury. The successful candidate will support the finance team in maintaining and improving a comprehensive & robust set of financial & commercial management processes, which will deliver an effective level of control over all expenditure & commercial activities within the scope of the account.

Role Summary:

Responsible for raising Purchase Orders for UK Sites in FMP and eCounterline
Chasing of Suppliers invoices
Receipting costs in FMP and eCounterline
Ownership of Maple and invoice rejections
Responsible for preparing the relevant site monthly accrual in line with the Site lead
Produce monthly client forecast for review with Finance Account Lead / Site Lead
Responsible for monthly contract invoicing and submission of monthly accruals to Client finance team, and prompt invoicing
Responsible for reporting of all Agency staff across the UK
Support the Small Works Team in invoicing and quotations
Supporting EMEA Sites when applicable
Ownership of the Quadrem invoices
Support the account operational support function
Review and support savings across the account
Ensure end-to-end contract finance procedures are adhered and implement improvement where appropriate
Provide ad-hoc support and financial analysis to Divisional Finance Director, as required

Experience Required:

Experience working within an office environment
Experience working within a similar origination (desirable)
Good organisational skills
Attention to detail
