Firm Management is the senior management team that partners with divisional leaders to drive corporate initiatives and to execute the Firm's strategy. EMEA Firm Management is the regional partner of Morgan Stanley's global senior leadership, helping to drive the analysis and strategic thinking behind key decisions and discussions around the Firm's top priorities.

Team Profile:
EMEA Firm Management offers a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to the Firm's senior management, including Morgan Stanley's EMEA CEO and COO, Divisional Heads/COOs, Country Heads/COOs, and other leaders in the region. As a member of the team, you will participate in the development and execution of critical business decisions that drive Morgan Stanley's strategic direction and profitability. You will also develop a solid understanding of Morgan Stanley's various businesses in the region.

Primary Responsibilities:
We are currently hiring for an Analyst to work in the EMEA Firm Management Team in London. Your primary responsibility will be to work with and support the team with executing a range of Firm strategic and operational initiatives. You will also support Senior Management with presentation materials and speeches for internal and external audiences, including employee forums, clients, the Board of Directors regulators.

The nature of the role means that your responsibilities will vary by project and team needs, but will typically include:
- Supporting the execution of strategic projects across the Firm's businesses.
- Supporting the EMEA CEOs and COO to lead and manage the business.
- Liaising with team members from business units and support functions to help drive forward initiatives.
- Prepare themed presentation materials, speeches, and briefing notes for senior management.
- Conduct analysis of revenues, expenses, balance sheet, funding and risk to help inform decision-making around resources allocation.
- Frequently interact with support functions such as Technology and Human Resources on selected division-wide projects focused on improving operational efficiencies, innovative solutions, talent and engagement.
- Help run Firm Management talent and culture initiatives.

Qualifications
Skills Required:
- Top class undergraduate degree or equivalent from a leading university.
- Previous experience ideally within investment banking, strategic consulting or corporate strategy.
- Strong quantitative / analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong team player able to work effectively and flexibly in a team environment.
- A positive, highly motivated individual who exhibits strong leadership and management qualities.
- Ability to cope with high-pressure situations and a constantly changing work environment.
