GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) is now looking to hire an Account Manager who will support the client relationships across EMEA. The Account Manager will be responsible for implementing growth strategies for key accounts and establishing and growing customer relationships within assigned regions, in addition to coordinate leads with internal sales teams against established targets and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in relationship building and Aviation industy knowledge is a must have.

Essential Responsibilities???
• Implement growth strategy in assigned region(s) for the company's core competencies, which includes Daily Sales, Daily Purchasing, Large Program Sales, Large Purchases, Support Programs and Repairs Management.
• Implement marketing plans to meet/exceed established sales goals or targets by increasing existing customer penetration and or pursuing new customers.
• Pursue new markets and customers.
• Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Develop relationships with assigned accounts. Identify customers' business decision-making process.
• Communicate directly with customers to generate revenue opportunities.
• Deliver sales presentations to key clients.
• Have a working knowledge of competitor product offerings and services and report activity within established ethical guidelines.
• Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and reliability; make continuous improvements; monitor Company quality levels and owns & acts on quality problems utilizing The Quality Management System.
• Execute strategies in conjunction with internal sales leader to achieve company goals.

Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from college or university or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Proven experience in aviation industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong PC skills required including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel software.
• Experience of conducting presentations and facilitating business objectives.
