Are you an experienced Spanish-speaking Sales Administrator looking for a new opportunity?

Sales Administrators fluent in Spanish, are currently required by a leading aviation employer to support the sales team in the development of new, existing and lapsed customers through exceptional admin support.

Spanish speaking Sales Administrators will also be responsible for;


Delivering a high quality and level of customer service

Providing a first point of professional contact for all incoming calls

Sourcing and assisting with the pricing inventory for specific requirements

Understanding different customer cultures and way of trading

Providing quick response times to both the Sales team and customers

Developing market knowledge allowing you to deliver exceptional service

Maintaining and updating the IT system

Carrying out general administration tasks set by the sales team

Successful Sales Administrators will have the following attributes;


Previous administration experience in customer focused role

Be fluent in Spanish

Professional and courteous phone manner

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Ability to prioritise and manage individual and team work loads

Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work under pressure

Excellent communication skills at all levels both Written and verbal

Role: Sales Administrator - Spanish Speaking

Location: Burgess Hill

Working hours: Flexible hours, 37.5 hour week Mon - Fri between 07.00 & 19.00 (Some Weekends may be necessary)
