The role:
As Client Care Executive, you will learn every facet of our rapidly growing technology business and will develop wide-ranging skills and service best-practices as well as enhance any pre-existing skills.

You will need to be a confident communicator (face-to-face, on the phone, by email and online) as well as ambitious, resourceful and prepared to work hard in a busy team. A good academic background is essential (minimum to A level or equivalent) alongside experience of core technologies (email, Microsoft Office products and social media). A desire to learn and develop new skills, including room design and a desire to learn how to use our CAD software are equally important.

Core tasks:
- Progress inbound enquiries from customers and suppliers via telephone & email
- Provide first line support to ArtiCAD software users, helping to identify and resolve common issues and raising helpdesk cases for our dedicated technical support team, where necessary
- Perform some sales administration and office administration, following established procedures
- Provide an excellent customer journey to new customers, assisting them in registering a website login, software licences, downloads etc. and in the booking of initial user training
- Meet and greet visitors and order catering as required
- Perform general administration, update customer records, confirm training bookings etc.
- Contact customers periodically to assess satisfaction, processing any queries
- Assist the Operations Manager in evaluating and improving ArtiCAD's Client Service activities

You will be fully trained to use our design software to an advanced level plus our business process systems and in all aspects of service provision (internal and external training will be provided).
