Salary - Up to GBP22K

Job Description:

Your role will be to assess claims under Insurance plans. You will analyse claims made against the relevant policy wording to determine cover. You will contact claimants to request additional information where required and settle or decline the claim as appropriate. You will treat customers fairly at all times and guide them through each stage of the claims process.

* Operate within the company's policies and guidelines.
* Delivers agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives, including call answer rate, productivity & quality targets to ensure defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
* Proactively handle escalated calls and ensure complaints are resolved, where possible, and logged in accordance with business policy and meet FCA guidelines.
* Work a 37.5 hour shift from Monday to Friday. Your shift will fall between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm.
* Job Requirements:
* Minimum 2 A levels Grades A-C or equivalent - including recent graduates with proven customer service skills.
* Previous claims experience (minimum 2 years) preferbale

Job Requirements

* Fluent Italian
* Excellent written and spoken English; confident in communicating with people at different levels in different situations
* PC literate, demonstrating typing skills.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise work load effectively
* Interpersonal skills: comfortable with numbers, analytical skills with attention to detail and experience of reviewing and understanding policy wording to make a claims decision
