Sport England is a public body and invests more than GBP300 million of National Lottery and government money each year in projects and programmes that help people get active and play sport. Our talent vision is to create the world's best sporting talent system and to do this we need to ensure there is equality of opportunity and access to the talent system for all those with ability and potential, regardless of background or circumstances. This newly created role will lead the development and implementation of our plans with regards to talent inclusion in addition to supporting colleagues in the execution of the broader talent strategy.

You will be passionate about inclusion and the power of sport. Working with an advisory group you will create an investment process to catalyse the successful delivery of several talent projects. You will oversee these projects to ensure progress in equality of opportunity and access with the aim of increasing the diversity of athletes within talent pathways.

You will work with colleagues and key organisations across the sector to commission research, develop and implement plans, form impactful partnerships and design innovative programmes and interventions.
