We are currently looking for a reliable, motivated and experienced individual to work within the Sales department.

Ideally will have Insurance experience although full training will be given.
Office based Customer Service experience is essential, Duties will include the following:-

?? Receiving calls on a regular basis and taking all relevant information
?? Accurately assessing risks, calculate quotations, insure all quotes are underwritten correctly and present these verbally.
?? Ensuring that quotations are saved onto the relevant systems accurately.
?? To liaise with customers in respect of general queries.
?? To liaise with the Insurance Company on any issue outside of our delegated authority.
?? To chase the client and encourage them to incept on all allocated quotes.
?? To create and build relationships with existing customers/agents to promote business development.
?? Regular contact with other departments such as Admin, Underwriting, Claims, Credit Control and Accounts. Giving the successful applicant an insight and understanding in other aspects of insurance.

The candidate will be required to ensure a professional impression is always portrayed when in contact with clients and Insurers. Commitment, teamwork and customer-service skills are vital.

Must have excellent Communication, IT & Customer Service skills

The office hours are 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with one Saturday in every three being a requirement from 9.30 - 1pm.
