Sales Order Processor

Evitavonni are looking to expand their team with a highly motivated Sales Order Processor. Working alongside sales and the fabric room, this role will be varied and busy and will be ideal for someone with great administration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls & email enquiries from clients
  • Inputting UK & Export sales orders & fabric reserves onto the computer system
  • Allocating stock required to meet clients' needs
  • Raising Pro Forma Invoices & payment links
  • Processing & Recording Customer Payments made online and over the phone
  • Releasing orders & notifying the Fabric department for despatch & manufacture
  • Processing Client sample requests and returnable orders through CRM
  • Tracking orders to ensure successful delivery to customer
  • Managing any order queries that occur and ensuring all issues are investigated and resolved
  • Liaising with Sales team, Purchasing and Warehouse
  • General Sales and Admin support and ad-hoc tasks

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Planning, time management and organisational skills
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service experience
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM an advantage

Full Time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Location: Normandy, Guildford, GU3
