Fantastic opportunity not to be missed! The Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCoA) has an exciting opportunity for a Technology Strategy Programme Administrator to join the team in Holborn. Joining us on a full time fixed term contract basis for 15 months, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP26,600 per annum.

The Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCoA) is the professional body which ensures the quality of patient care through the maintenance of standards in anaesthesia, critical care and pain medicine across the UK.

This Technology Strategy Programme Administrator role is a fantastic opportunity and time to join the College as we are one year in to a three year programme of new technology design and delivery. This includes a new website, membership system, learning systems and internal support systems and we are looking for a highly motivated, organised individual to support the work.

Reporting to the Technology Strategy Programme Project Manager, you will have a varied role working with all departments in the College and will have the opportunity to apply and develop skills in the administration of large and small projects within a programme. This will include, but is not limited to, gaining experience in procurement processes, programme governance processes, risk tracking and programme communications.

The Technology Strategy Programme Administrator role will require strong organisational skills and experience of taking minutes and providing administrative support to meetings on a variety of topics. You will be working directly with the senior management team and other high profile stakeholders, so good communication skills are essential. You will have an understanding of project management concepts and activities.

You will be a self-starter who can rapidly understand organisational processes, ways of working and someone who is keen to develop and actively contribute across all aspects of the College's work. In return you will be given the opportunity to support a variety of projects, build strong experience of working in a programme environment and play a key role in delivering an organisation wide strategic transformation.
