We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our new FinTech company in the mortgage space created as a joint venture between Blenheim Chalcot (BC), the UK's leading venture builder and a FTSE250 financial services business.Founded in 1998, Blenheim Chalcot specialises in building digital businesses that transform industries. As we're a start-up, this work will directly influence everything that we do - the product we build, the people we target and how we communicate with them. Although the role focusses on Insight & Communication you will be expected to flex to work where the needs are greatest and so it's a great role for an all-round marketer who wants to learn quickly and accelerate their career.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsuring that the customer is at the heart of everything we do by developing an in-depth understanding of who they are and how they act.Understanding what customer research and testing is needed, putting those tests in place and being able to analyse and communicate the results.Understanding the brand strategy then executing against it and ensuring that all communications from all people are in line with the brand.The communication strategy, messages and plan that will launch the brand in the right way, to the right people and get the most attention.Professional and Personal RequirementsYou have 3+ years' experience of brand management, ideally working in fast-paced digital businesses.You can demonstrate how you've grown the brand(s) you've worked on and delivered tangible resultsYou are comfortable being part of a new role in a new business with a lot of ambiguity and you have a high level of initiative and a clear focus on delivering resultsYou have an excellent combination of creative and analytical skills. The ability to analyse data sets and use numbers to make recommendations, but also to assess brilliant creative work.You're highly organised and can work on multiple projects and take on multiple responsibilities at the same time and keep on deliveringYou have a broad range of marketing skills and haven't yet specialised in any one area. You don't mind putting your mind to new things and learning quickly in order to get the job done. You have a keen analytical mindset and enjoy getting stuck into the detail of data and seeing patterns where others don'tYou have proven project management skills with a focus on getting things done and you're able to keep everything and everyone on trackYou're able to simplify the complex and generate precise insights then communicate them clearly to othersYou have the confidence to speak up and challenge people's thinking and use data and the customer to make your points.You're able to bring your personality and unique contribution to everything you're involved in and you make sure that your thoughts are heard by the team.You enjoy working in a small and growing team and prefer dealing with people face to face rather than email.Career DevelopmentA career at a Blenheim Chalcot isn't like any other career.
