DueDil are looking for a Sales Manager. This role has specific accountability for direct management of up to 8 business development managers and for driving profitability on an ongoing basis. The Sales Manager will spur success from the team; inspiring and motivating to achieve revenue targets and consistently improving the team's knowledge and capacity. The Sales Manager must prioritise coaching and mentor their team. You will be responsible for developing strategies to achieve substantial and constant growth; delivering 1:1 meetings, driving performance, increasing average order values and growing market share.Due to the rapid development of the product, DueDil is looking to hire a proven Sales Manager as soon as possible, who can lead the charge amongst a team of our brilliant Business Development Managers.
