This online reputation intelligence firm based in Mayfair requires a full-time members of staff to assist their client services team with tasks related to account management and copy writing. The person filling this role will need to be able to work from their office during office hours which are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm. They require a candidate who has the equivalent experience of account manager. Job purpose The Digital Manager holds a dual role of overseeing the daily management of a client account, overseen by the Head of Operations, in conjunction with producing content. The role entails a solid understanding of online reputation management and search engine optimisation to ensure adequate management of the client projects and excellent writing skills to produce quality content. Position in Organisation The Digital Manager will report into the Director of Client Operations and will be supported by existing members of the Client Services and Content Team. Key Accountabilities Digital Account Management o Management of the daily activity of a client account. This entails: o Writing and ensuring monthly reports are prepared in due time o Regularly checking project status quo and results o Overseeing the content production for the account and labelling the priority for the running order o Regularly communicating with SERP on the ORM strategy and project progress o Internal communication for invoicing, accounting and resources o Liaising with the client on a regular basis Content production o Creating appropriate content that reflects the nuances of a given brief o Achieving given running order targets o Adaptation to writing across a variety of industries/sectors such as financial services, shipping or property development o Use of a diverse vocabulary o Immaculate written work with flawless grammar, speed and accuracy o Uploading of content to multiple online platforms o Optimisation of content for search engines Person specification Essential - Excellent literacy skills - Attention to detail - Ability to write quickly and accurately - Methodical researcher - Fluent English - Experience in Client Management Job details Working hours: Permanent Full-Time Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. It may sometimes be necessary to work outside these working hours. Salary: GBP25,500 to GBP26,500 per annum Annual Leave: 22 days + public holidays This position is located next to Green Park station.
