Business Analyst - Adult Social Care

With an extensive adult social care transformation programme underway our client need you as the Business Analyst to support and advise colleagues in understanding the impact of change on business processes.

As the expert for the business, you will support others to implement change and ensuring all business processes reflect change, but also identify and advise on new areas for transformation.

Your knowledge and strong technical skills will ensure that any change implemented considers the whole system. You will use your analytical skills and experience to facilitate the development of a system that supports the work of practitioners and accurate record keeping, making sure the system is intuitive so that social workers are empowered to use it.

You will have strategic oversight of the adult social care database (MOSAIC) and any related systems (e.g. corporate finance). Your understanding of the end to end business processes will ensure that all the necessary information is captured and can be used to inform performance.

This is a pivotal role in ensuring adult social care has a whole system approach to transformation, is able to harness data to improve practice and performance and deliver the best possible public services for the people of this sought after London Borough.

You will need the demonstrate the ability to galvanise colleagues across the organisation aligned with a proactive approach to identifying problems, solutions, and areas for change. A good understanding of the social care system and experience of developing an in-depth understanding of end to end business processes in a similar organisation is a necessity.

This is a safeguarding role and will require an enhanced DBS check.

Salary for the Business Analyst, Adult Social Care is up to GBP50,730 p.a. for exceptional candidates, as well as the opportunity to receive an additional benefits.
