We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Sales Manager who has an indepth knowledge of the Construction sector and within that Technical Fixings and Tools to develop both existing and new business within Greater London. Our Client is a leading supplier within this sector and is looking to expand sales with this expansion of the sales team.

As the Sales Manager you will be promoting a comprehensive range of products within the construction sector by targeting Building Contractors, Specialist Sub Contractors, Specialist Concrete Frame Companies, Cladding Companies, Dry Liners etc., so you will need to have a deep understanding of fixings as you will be talking to Engineers, Builders and Specialists as well as understanding the product applications and as required to enable you to run training seminars and for site visits.

You will need to be results driven as along with a negotiable basic salary there is an open ended commission scheme so for the right technically minded and experienced candidate there is the opportunity to earn in excess of GBP100000.00 per year when the area is better targeted.
We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience selling a wide range of fixings, and ideally Power Tools and a track record of continuously exceeding targets. Ideally you will have a clear hunger for success, possess excellent communication skills, be very self-motivated and customer focused as it is vital to building lasting relationships with the customers in order to retain and maximise business.

For the successful candidate the role offers a competitive OTE of GBP50'000 - GBP80'000 with a basic salary that is negotiable based on current package and expectations, a Company Car, Laptop, Mobile and Pension Scheme are also part of the overall package.
