Are you an experienced Supply Chain Planner looking for a new and challenging role? This company is currently recruiting for a brilliant Supply Chain Planning professional to take on this critical role. They are a small close-knit team that supports each other like a family. You will provide an integrated production, planning and scheduling service for Fleet Labs maximizing the benefits available through the ERP system. Responsibilities: - Maintenance and daily management of the ERP system (e.g sales orders, production orders, delivery notes etc) - Accurate order processing, price checking and ensuring fulfillment where possible. Ensuring the system is always updated with the last agreed customer dates. - Manage the dispatch of customer orders using customer orders using customer order book and priority reports. - Regularly update sales managers with order book status and ensuring customer due dates can be met. - Understand all factory products/lines to enable effective absence and weekend cover of other planners. - Manage the monitoring of finished goods and highlight any potential write-off in line with departmental procedures for a planning/commercial decision to be made to minimize impact. What you'll need to succeed: - Excellent communication skills - Strong IT systems knowledge including advanced Excel knowledge (Analysis, Pivot Tables, Formulas) - Able to proactively organise work and prioritise accordingly. - A minimum of 2 years experience within a similar planning or purchasing function - Experience within a growth environment.
