Organised and a gifted multi tasker? The Marylebone Project is one of the largest women's hostels in the UK for women affected by homelessness. Those we support are often affected by substance misuse, unemployment, domestic violence and mental health issues. Whatever their story, we aim for the same ending; self-esteem, employment and independent living. We do this by providing shelter, education opportunities, spiritual space and events in a welcoming and secure environment. The Role: This is a varied role which includes aspects of health and safety, stock control, cleaning, facilities co-ordination, supervising staff and working with vulnerable people. The Housekeeper works across the Project, communicating with different staff teams and service users, as well as supervising the housekeeping team. If you have experience of cleaning/housekeeping and supervising staff and would like a rewarding job that makes a real difference then this may be the role for you.
