Insurance Assistance Service Co-ordinator
Location: Shoreham by Sea
Salary: GBP17,500 - GBP18,500. + 20% benefit package
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Day Shift Patterns

I have great pleasure in supporting my client in recruiting an Insurance Assistance Services Co-Ordinator to join their busy medical assistance team based in their offices located in Shoreham by Sea.

The job role will be to coordinate and advice on medical assistance and medical travel services to policy holders.

Responsibilities:

* Provide pre-travel advice
* Arrange medical appointments
* Assist in hospitalisation abroad
* Co-ordinate medical evacuations
* Liaising with medical service providers
* Ensure all case handling is documented on the system and accurately
* Operate within FCA regulations and the company's policies and guidelines
* Proactively handle escalated calls, resolving complaints effectively
* Work to strict SLA's and KPI's
* Provide outstanding customer service to all customers and third parties

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

* Proven customer services skills
* Great communication skills
* Good geographical knowledge
* Self-motivated and has a pro-active attitude
* Good numeracy and attention to detail
