Organised and a gifted multi tasker? The Marylebone Project is one of the largest women's hostels in the UK for women affected by homelessness. Those we support are often affected by substance misuse, unemployment, domestic violence and mental health issues. Whatever their story, we aim for the same ending; self-esteem, employment and independent living. We do this by providing shelter, education opportunities, spiritual space and events in a welcoming and secure environment. The successful candidate will: Deliver a SMART, person-centred support service from referral to move-on Manage a caseload of medium and low support need service users Work as a team with colleagues and stakeholders to provide an effective holistic support package with positive outcomes Identify and promote engagement opportunities to service users Have a strong commitment to working with people Embrace the ethos of the Church Army Please note that we do not accept Cvs. If you would like to apply please follow the link to our website and download an application form.
