The Team You will join the Resourcing Team, which is part of the HR department here at BLP. The team is primarily based in London, comprising HR professionals across Recruitment, Learning and Development, Reward, Diversity and HR Business Partnering. The Opportunity You'll be an integral part of a busy team that works in a fast-past environment and encourages new ideas and a fresh way of thinking. You will have the opportunity to develop in the role and really make it your own. Who we're looking for You'll be someone with a positive, can-do attitude and the confidence to take things on using your own initiative. You'll be extremely organised and able to manage conflicting priorities under time pressure, with a high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. The team is a very collegiate one and the right candidate will have a strong team working ethic. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and will be wholly trustworthy in handling confidential information. Administrative experience within an office environment is a key requirement of this role. While previous HR/Recruitment experience is advantageous, applications from those with other professional backgrounds are welcome.
