Senior Project Manager - Consultancy - Oxford Circus

A well-established construction consultancy, specialising in a variety of sectors are seeking an MRICS Project Manager to join their rapidly expanding business based near Oxford Circus.

The Role

As project manager, you will have a thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from dealing with strategic issues at concept stage, stakeholder management, design development through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review. Good working knowledge of relevant construction contracts, with excellent experience in programme management. Experience of fully understanding and managing the financial aspects of a project and keeping the client up to date at all times.

The Person

As a Project Manager, you will be MRICS or MAPM. Or hold other relevant professional qualifications.


* Construction related degree
* Construction Consultancy experience (build / refurb projects)
* Demonstrable experience delivering high value build projects on time to budget
* Client facing and driven to succeed
* At least 3 years construction experience

The client has specifically stated that the successful Project Manager will require recent UK Construction Consultancy experience.
