A Children's Charity based in Central London is currently recruiting for a CRM Import &Integrity Manager. This is a key role in the CRM Operations team. The Post-holder will be responsible for managing the supporter CRM, CARE, ensuring data files received from over 40 third party agencies and websites are loaded to schedule with the highest levels of accuracy and integrity. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to use your extensive database and data management skills to develop and improve the operational performance of the Import & Integrity team.Key responsibilitiesManage and take responsibility for the Import & Integrity team to ensure the highest levels of accuracy and integrity of data imports against tight schedules and legislative and regulatory requirements.Manage best practice within the Import & Integrity team including regular quality checking of imports, integrity of the data within CARE, regular reporting to stakeholders and reporting of KPIs against SLAs.Work closely with colleagues in the wider CRM & Insight team to provide coherent, practical and valuable support to internal clients.Develop a culture of proactive advising and support by the Import & Integrity team for Fundraisers, Campaigners and 3rd Party agencies, to ensure business rules, data quality requirements, legislative and regulatory requirements are fully understood and adhered to.Support colleagues and stakeholders in the delivery of key technical projects, to ensure all data, database structures and processes meet requirements and are future-proofed.In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:Delivery Results: Takes personal responsibility and holds others accountable for delivering our ambitious goals for children, continually improving their own performance or that of the team/ organisation.Problem Solving and Decision Making: Takes effective, considered and timely decisions by gathering and evaluating relevant information from within or outside the organisation.Working Effectively with Others: Works collaboratively to achieve shared goals and thrives on diversity of people and perspectives; knows when to lead and when to follow and how to ensure effective cross-boundary working.Communicating with Impact: Communicates clearly and confidently with others to engage and influence; promotes dialogue and ensures timely and appropriate messages, building confidence and trust.A passion for data, always keen to learn new technologies and keep abreast of new thinking in the data industry that could help the CRM teamIf you have these skills then please apply to Harris Hill with your up to date CV.
