The Learning Technology, Digital Co-ordinator is a new role within the Academy designed to a) drive adoption of new multimedia learning solutions and b) do so in a way that underpins our ambitions for Academy Portal optimization including mobile opportunities and greater internal capability. This is a full time role within the Learning Technologies team which reports in to the Head of Academy Operations. The role can be based alongside other team members in either London or Amsterdam. Key Responsibilities Work with other Academy team members in the promotion of digital learning capabilities to business owners and end users - including, but not limited to, Academy Portal, Adobe Connect, Captivate, Video, eLearning Work with other Academy team members to build a prioritized pipeline of demand for digital learning solutions with clear focus on benefits of chosen media/mix Act as gateway between business users of eLearning and outsourced production via 3rd parties including continually refreshing a panel of such providers Support the championing and community building around Captivate including personal capability, showcasing of product and the support of local office licensees Ensure digital elements are optimized within the Academy Portal environment including new projects such as mobile options Curate the learning videos hosted via media-site/academy Portal including highlighting any gaps, options to fill and looking for opportunities to capture key topics, speakers, events to enrich the library Collate and communicate relevant data on usage/potential to guide decision making and campaigning Networking and training needs/interests Communicate closely with stakeholders across practice areas and local offices to ensure that the digital strategy is aligned with business needs and ongoing developments in the media. Build strong relationships with Captivate licensees, local L&Ds and local AV teams as well as network of external providers Collaborate freely across all parts of the Academy team and local L&Ds Promote best practices for education and training. Skills and Qualifications Instructional design experience using e-learning authoring tools (Adobe Captivate (desired), Articulate Storyline Knowledge of multimedia editing tools (such as using Adobe e-learning suite for video/Audio editing) Experience of HTML and JavaScript Knowledge of mobile learning principles (HTML5/responsive web design) Creative in the use of language, graphics, animations, interactions, audio and video Able to work to tight deadlines as part of a flexible team Able to resolve complex problems using own initiative Proficient at handling multiple projects simultaneously Good time management and work autonomously when required Proactive with strong communication, influencing and networking skills.
