We we are:


We provide cloud-based services to the Property Management industry. We provide the hub-service between Managing Agents, Property Developers, Residents, and Contractors. Our current services range from task and work order management, purchase to pay for invoice processing, high end developments residential portals, package delivery, to ipad based site inspection and management tools. We interface to the major accounting packages within the sector. 

The business has been running for 7 years. As our success continues and the business readies itself to accommodate increasing demand and capitalise on emerging business opportunities, we are looking to appoint additional Account Managers.

The Major Account Manager Opportunity:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, generating upsell opportunities within those accounts, dealing and managing with financial aspects with your clients and ensuring that the clients are championed in the business.

Your main function will be to secure long term client relationships and upsell additional products, solutions and services to your existing clients. 
Client Relationships

To meet this responsibility you will need to be able to:

+ Contact and engage with your client on a monthly basis (at a minimum)
+ Conduct half yearly review meetings with your client
+ Develop, maintain and keep up to date individual Client Account Plans (CAPs)
+ Ensure that your clients receive the correct support levels from the business
+ Competently respond to any incoming queries from the client, whether they be via email, telephone or formal written requests.
+ Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of your clients across all solution areas.
+ Conduct debrief meetings with clients after an initial project roll-out and/or significant enhancements
+ Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and represent the company to a high standard in all dealing with clients and suppliers.
+ Upselling & Cross-selling

Major Account Manager Requirements / Person Specification:

+ Knowledge of the Property sector is required for this role - whether Commercial, Private Residential, Social or via technologies such as Internet providers for large residential buildings (such as Hyperoptic), CAFM systems or Contractors Sales Manager such as Polyteck
+ Demonstrable experience of successfully selling technical products / software / solutions, consultancy or training services to large corporate clients, ideally in relation to compliance, Finance, Supplier Management and Health & Safety requirements
+ Demonstrate good questioning technique, listening skills and will have an ability to win sales on more than price
+ Possess exceptional relationship-building, communication and presentation skills 
+ Be able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus, productivity and meeting deadlines
+ Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations and work effectively under pressure
+ Possess strong numeracy and literacy skills
+ A current driving licence is a mandatory requirement for this role

Benefits:

+ Salary £45k to £50k, Target ca. £300k in the first year and higher in subsequent years, OTE £65k - £70k
+ Location: a 5-minute walk from London Victoria station (expected to be based 50% in the office in London Victoria, 50% visiting clients)
