Everything we do is driven by a desire to exceed the expectations of our guests, clients and partners. We are currently seeking an experienced Guest Relations Manager to give top service to all our guests at our luxury residential block in East Croydon.

The successful applicant must be customer service driven, and ideally will have experience in hospitality and administration, with a keen interest in London???s property market. They will be the face of the brand on-site, creating and maintaining a welcoming, warm environment for all.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reception and client management
- Complete all required paperwork for new guests
- Maintain all statutory required records i.e ASTs, Deposits etc in an organised, clear filing system
- Liaise with council re council tax as required
- Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to support property operations and goals
- Receive and distribute parcels as required
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses best judgement in order to resolve the issue at hand
- Maintain timely communications with guests
- Serve as a leader in displaying outstanding hospitality skills by providing a personal, friendly service that is tailored to each guest
- Participate in the development and implementation of corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction
- Managing move in/move out procedures and inventories as required
- Gather guest information, data entry of financials and tenant database onto The Quarters by Bravo Property Management System (PEX)
- Understanding and anticipating Guests??? needs and ensuring all guest requirements during their stay are fulfilled within reason
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies and standards

WORKING HOURS: Mon-Fri; 9:30-18:00 (and emergencies).
