An independent property investment and management company are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to co-ordinate our Head Office, and lead our Know Your Client referencing department. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisation, communication, and customer service.

You will be supporting the COO, CEO and Chairman in all business administration aspects providing full support to all Directors, and office support to the Executive Team. It is a role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different individuals, including international clients, with a calm and positive demeanour. The role will also involve a lot of proactive responses and ability to work of your own initiative, We are looking for someone dynamic, professional, confident, flexible and presentable.

Responsibilities and duties will include: -
??? Managing output, workflow and office deadlines on behalf of the COO, CEO and Chairman
??? Maintaining office systems including data management, mail distribution, stationary ordering, and organising couriers
??? Ensuring the office is presentable at all times
??? Arranging international and national travel, visas, accommodation, and restaurant reservations for Directors, investors, and guests including airport collections
??? Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
??? Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority, including international investors
??? Producing documents, briefing papers, agendas, reports, board meeting packs, and presentations
??? Overseeing server files for one of our properties
??? Plan in-house or off-site activities
??? Assisting HR in absence management reporting, induction packs, screening CVs, and L&D
??? Providing refreshments to all at Head Office and visitors

KYC ??? You will use your existing skills in telephone and email communications to obtain and complete references within the company target times. Attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure is a must for this position.

??? Full management of Know Your Client initiative ??? tenant referencing for all The Quarters by Bravo sites
??? Contacting Employers, Landlord, Tenant Guarantors and Professional Bodies in order to obtain supporting evidence/information via telephone and email;
??? Inputting new applications onto Company Property Management System (PEX)

Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm
