This 3-year Graduate Programme is designed to prepare Unilever's Future Leaders (UFL) by giving them challenging jobs/roles that prepare them for business leadership roles. The Programme encompasses rotations within and across functions in an accelerated learning environment. This includes international stints, extended leadership contact, formal training and professional development.
During your programme, your line manager will formally appraise your performance at regular intervals and provide feedback and coaching to build on your key strengths and development areas. You will receive a buddy and functional contacts who will be you support throughout the whole programme.

Customer Management (Sales)
At Unilever, we work closely with our customers to pioneer new products, categories and concepts. Customer Management (Sales) ensures that our brands are available wherever the shopper wishes to buy them. It builds partnerships with a wide range of our customers, from supermarkets to online retailers to theme parks. This could mean working together to maximise a new product launch, recommending the right range of products, or negotiating an annual business plan. You do not need a specific degree background - this is an area where your personality will set you apart. It takes a special blend of ambition, people skills and commercial acumen; you will need to be credible and confident in front of people and have a passion for growing businesses, coupled with the power to influence and negotiate. Qualifications: We look for minimum of a 2.1 degree from any discipline What will the programme involve? Over three placements we will make sure you gain broad experience in several different areas to develop your commercial expertise, for example: Customer Management (Sales), where you will build relationships, analyse relevant data, own financial forecasting, agree a tailored business plan, or negotiate promotions.Category Management, where you will oversee a category of products, become an expert on the marketplace and our competitors, and advise customers on suitable ranges for their shoppers.Your rotations could be based at different business units across Europe, and you will need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the scheme.Summer and Industrial Placements: On a summer of industrial placement within Customer Management (Sales), you will carry out just one role during the placement.
