We are on the hunt for an ambitious super-organised Sales Partnership Manager with lots of enthusiasm and ideally some real estate experience. This is a new role, that???s B2B focused and will be part of both a strong Marketing and sales team. You will have the ability to quickly develop an understanding of the different areas of the business and will be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and building relationships.

This role offers the chance to work on a new and exciting product with a well established market leader in London. Salary is negotiable and commission based.

- A Business degree is preferable
- Ability to generate leads and Identify new market opportunities
- Proven initiative and an eye for detail
- Ability to work as both part of a team and autonomously
- Natural organizer who can master competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), time management and people skills
- Highly numerate
- Ability to build and constantly improve processes

- Working directly with Real Estate agents and Landlord centric organisations
- Prior Real Estate experience, ideally lettings or sales
- High proficiency using MS Office & an understanding of marketing activities
- Putting together tailored proposals and packs of information
- English skills on native speaker level, and excellent communication skills
- Achieving and exceeding a range of key business targets
- Relevant practical experience ie Direct sales, Marketing or Account management (Property industry)

- Boosting sales and driving awareness of modular lofts with landlords and homeowners
- Setting up processes and relevant documents which will enable sales into this new channel
- Setting a strategy to Identify organisations to partner with
- Developing relationships with Real Estate agents and other third party suppliers
- Site visits to partner offices and relevant events
- Setting up processes and relevant documents for this new acquisition channel
- Maintaining an ongoing dialogue with partners and third party suppliers in order to build and improve relationships
- Reviewing own performance against agreed lead targets.
- Close collaboration with Marketing Manager & Sales Manager
- Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues in areas relevant to your channel
