For decades, my client has been defining hospitality technology, accompanied by personalized support for tens of thousands of clients worldwide. Now, as part of global brand, they continue to have the same approach to innovation and service for the hospitality industry with the scale and scope of a global technology innovator who is shaping the future of hospitality.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add a Business Development Manager to a growing team to aid with pushing the brand across a wider field.

This position will take responsibility for supporting the sale of my clients Hospitality products and services by the Regional Sales Directors in Europe. An office-based position, the role will primarily consist of calling new and existing customers to further qualify them to purchase my clients' core PMS and Sales & Catering products, and set web presentations and face-to-face meetings, which the Regional Sales Directors will conduct. This position will also work closely with the Marketing Team in the US office on campaigns and following up on leads generated from their marketing activities. This position will require a good working knowledge of the Company's products and services, will necessitate using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to qualify and influence customers to engage further with the Regional Sales team, and will require language proficiency in English and German.


Essential Functions:


  • New Business Development & Research
  • Responsible for developing a pipeline of new business including outbound prospecting calls
  • Collect and input relevant account data, news and appointments in the Salesforce CRM
  • Coordinate joint pursuits with the Regional Sales team to expand account and territory penetration in accordance with pre-defined sales approach set forth in the Challenger Sales Methodology



  • Further Qualify Leads
  • Work with the Marketing Team to further manage and qualify inquiries in Europe.
  • Qualify sales leads for effective, efficient utilization by the Regional Sales Directors
  • Set web presentations and on-site meetings for the Regional Sales Directors



  • First-line support for Regional Sales Directors
  • Assist Regional Sales Directors with sales trips by calling to set qualified appointments
  • Handle business opportunities when Regional Sales Directors are travelling
  • Assist with closing of tentative business on a case-by-case basis
