  • Supporting the Management team payroll, finance & administration tasks
  • To pro-actively manage payroll systems and processes for the contract indluucing data input
  • To manage finance administration in conjuction with processes agreed with the Finance Manager based at the regional office near Canary Wharf
  • To assist the payroll & Finance Manager with the Preperation of Invoices, credit notes, ACR backups, reconciliationsm third party lettings for the clients
  • To co-ordinate the monthly and financial reports for the Payroll & finance manager and Contract Manager
  • To type and prepare the monthly reports, letters, minutes, papers, specifications & support hte contract manager with general administraion duties
  • Required to provide assistance to the finance department for all finance related records and to keep it up to date with all paperwork
  • Maintain records and files on site
  • carry out all administration & payroll requirements
  • meet all deadlines for payroll, finance and other processes

The client would like an experienced Payroll Administrator who has a fun lively attitude to life, but will stil lremain proffesional with in the busy and vibrant office
