With over 100 years' experience in developing rail systems, you will be joining the world's leading transport consultancy. In this role, you will incorporate the three main fields of ergonomics: physical, cognitive, and organisational. You will be working on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects, where typical duties include:Preparing documents, reports and health and safety risk assessments with ergonomic focus.Interpret commercial and/or contractual aspects of correspondence with or between fellow professionals. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge and appreciation of current technical engineering codes and practisesWe are looking for graduates to join our Croydon office.Candidate SpecificationTo apply for the for this scheme, you will have less than 12 months post graduate experience and have achieved a 2.1 degree in Ergonomics or Psychology related discipline.We are looking for graduates with the following characteristics:Methodical approach to problem solvingAbility to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independentlyExcellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members Excellent written communication and attention to detail, and be able to demonstrate accurate report writing.
