We are looking for 2 dynamic individuals to join the Dutch Business Travel Account (BTA) Allocations Team in the Customer Fulfilment Network who will cover the following tasks as part of a larger multi processing team as customer care professionals;

  • Allocation of incoming BTA payments against a portfolio of Business Travel Accounts
  • Contacting clients for missing/incomplete remittances - Including Customer
  • queries/re-education
  • Investigate and clear payment discrepancies
  • Re-education of companies on how to pay correctly
  • Financial adjustments for instance card to card transfers or credit balance refunds: investigation - action - log -
  • Completion of financial controls/ logs to ensure the accurate allocation of payments.
  • Maintain Regular contact with: Key stake holders / Team Leader/ Team
  • Customers regarding payment remittance advices and resolve enquiries - Daily
  • Interdepartmental teams to understand impact of role on wider department - local and remote - Daily
  • Internal Account Development Managers in the local market - Daily
  • Written and spoken native to fluent Dutch is essential

Required skills:

  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English is essential
  • Excellent time management, Team player who demonstrate self-motivation & ability to work under pressure and unsupervised
  • Good knowledge Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,???).
  • Accurate keyboard skills and attention to detail
  • Pro-actively seeks opportunities for improvement and stream line processes
  • Excellent verbal / written communication
  • Building & leveraging relationships internally and externally
  • Effective prioritization of work to achieve goals and excellent delivery of customer service
  • Ability to change focus quickly and efficiently as required
  • Cross Functional skills within the team
  • Being good with numbers and a basic understanding of book keeping principles would be an advantage
