Operations Data Analyst
The Royal British Legion is at the heart of a national network that supports our Armed Forces community through thick and thin - ensuring their unique contribution is never forgotten. Although best known for our Remembrance work and the iconic red poppy symbol, the Legion is also the largest welfare provider in the military charity sector, providing practical care, advice and assistance to serving personnel, veterans and their families.
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to help us monitor and improve how we deliver welfare services. They will be responsible for providing and presenting up-to-date, accurate and relevant data analysis for the Operations Directorate, that will enable teams to make improvements and meet the Legion's objectives.
You will work mainly with customer databases, translating complex data about the client experience into meaningful insights to strengthen our work with the Armed Forces community.
You should have previous database experience, preferably within a large, multi-user/multi-channel environment with previous technical experience of Web Analytics (Google Analytics and/or Webtrends). Previous experience of database design and query definitions to allow data to be extracted and knowledge of the Data Protection Act are essential.
