Talent & Celebrity Partnerships Account ManagerWe have the pleasure of working with one of the UK's leading charities, on a rare and hugely inspiring opportunity which has arisen for a talented, well networked individual to join one of their growing teams at an exciting time. The role that has arisen is for a permanent Talent & Celebrity Account Manager i.e. a relationships manager with project management skills to help secure long term, strategic talent and celebrity partnerships to help support the organisations cause.You would be joining a team that works with influential individuals, high profile talent and celebrities who use their fame, time and profile to add value (financial and non-financial) to many different campaigns and projects - your role as the account manager would be to manage and develop (and support on winning) key individual, high profile talent relationships and deliver towards the Talent and Celebrity Partnerships strategy, key aims and objectives. You would need to ensure that excellent relationship management and support on securing new partnerships is given, and help make sure that maximum awareness and income are generated.This is an excellent opportunity for a very well organised, self-motivated and innovative candidate with exemplary relationship management skills and a keen interest in the celebrity landscape to work on exciting, public facing projects and develop new opportunities with some of the biggest names on the UK celebrity circuit.The right candidate will thrive on providing exemplary levels of service to both internal colleagues and external stakeholders. You will be able to use this knowledge to spot and create new and exciting ways the organisation can garner celebrity support to maximum effect. You should be innovative and not be afraid to voice your ideas and will be a team player and bring positivity and a can-do attitude to the working environment.Key Requirements;*Experience of building effective relationships through face to face interactions with existing and new talent, celebrities, high level individuals and/or organisations, leading to securing fundraising (revenue) income/awareness raising via long-term partnerships*In-depth knowledge of the celebrity landscape at all levels*Commercially minded; ability to apply commercial knowledge and understanding to talent and celebrity partnerships ensuring that activity has a competitive edge in the market place. The work with talent must be appealing, innovative, impactful and sometimes commercially viable*Extensive experience in managing large, multi-layered accounts or partnerships and proven experience of managing partnerships from start to finish*Target driven with proven financial management and reporting skills, including accurate budgeting and contingency planning. A track record of achieving financial and departmental objectives*Experience of Raisers Edge or a comparable fundraising CRM package is desirable but not essential; training providedIn addition to above, the right candidate will bring lots of personality to the role and help the team establish a strong, noticeable presence and reputation for providing the best talent and celebrity partnerships in the sector. This role offers a salary of GBP27,336 - GBP33000 per annum alongside solid progression opportunities available, a very good benefits scheme, as well as full and comprehensive training and support on offer.
