We have an opportunity for a Secretary/Clerical Assistant to join our team based at our South East Regional Centre, Milestone House, Send, Surrey.
This varied role is responsible for responding to members' telephone calls, capturing sensitive and important information on our bespoke Casework Management System. You will also be greeting members coming into the Centre for meetings and training courses and supporting colleagues in an all areas of administration/secretarial work.
Flexibility is the key for this role and you will be confident using the telephone, possessing exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You will have demonstrable experience of record keeping and a good working knowledge of MS Office.
