Working Hours: Full time, Permanent

Our Client is a Central London based accountancy practice looking for a well presented Receptionist/Administrator to become a member of our team. This is the perfect role for an articulate individual with a positive and flexible attitude who enjoys liaising with people and is passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients.

Job Role:

Working alongside the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing reception and administration duties on a day to day basis.

Requirements:

  • Professional attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have a 'can-do' attitude

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Answering calls quickly, efficiently and in a friendly but professional manner
  • Arranging refreshments for visitors
  • Preparation and management of the meeting room. Ensuring meeting room and kitchen is kept clean and tidy
  • Photocopying/scanning
  • Assisting all staff with the typing of documents
