The role is a full 360 recruitment role engaging with clients to build a grow a portfolio of organisations that have current or future recruitment needs. The role will also require the consultant to identify and attract potential candidates using all media, networking, referrals and advertising tools available

Build and grow a client portfolio by using commercial information to identify organisations that have current or future recruitment needs - including global multinationals, rapidly growing SMEs and not-for-profit entities.

Initiate contact with potential clients by business development calls, face-to-face meetings, referrals and networking

Identify decision-makers in the hiring process.

Attend pitches and meetings with prospective clients.

Maintain and develop existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Work with other disciplines in the group to exchange important business development information and cross sell.

Network across your industry sector or specialism to ascertain market trends and growth areas.

Provide advice on and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates to a client's business

Identify and attract potential candidates using all the sourcing tools at your disposal, including using social media, networking, referrals and advertising.

Interview candidates to gain valuable market information for yourself and your colleagues.


Track record in sales, recruitment or a relationship management role is essential

Experience and/or an interest in financial services is beneficial

Knowledge of compliance and banking regulation preferred

A keen interest in networking and business development is essential
