To support our vision we are looking for someone to join the Operations team whose responsibilities will include:Ownership of FX Payments, to include SEPA and SwiftProvide SME payment support to Customer Service AgentsEnsuring external and regulatory requirements are adhered toAssist with ensuring that appropriate payment policies and procedures are updated on a periodic basis and reflect regulatory changesShow ownership and accountability for offering solutions that help and benefit our customersActively seek to improve processes and workflowsSupport incident managementInvestigate and resolve customer queriesSkillsBanking, SEPA, Operations, SwiftSectorsRequirementsMust have experience in a back office banking environmentMust have detailed knowledge of SEPA and SwiftKnowledge of payments guidelines, scheme rules and regulatory frameworkAbility to balance workload, dealing with multiple priorities and ability to work within a team in a changing environmentExcellent communication skills?Our BenefitsOwnership of your work Amazing teammates Offices near Liverpool St (complete with table football and mariokart) Breakfast and Lunch club (office lunches on Wednesdays, breakfasts on Fridays.
