Customer Support- Outbound Calling
Hours: 37.5 per week, Opening hours Monday- Saturday
My client is looking for a customer focused individual with an excellent telephone manner to join their highly reputable organisation based in the heart of Brighton.
- Receive incoming calls from existing customer
- Upselling further warranties
- Keeping on top of targets
- Booking in appointments with engineers
- Regular Customer contact both via email, post and on the phones
- Use of multiple IT software's.
The company offers a fantastic training program which will run over 3 weeks 11am-8:30pm. This training allows employees to progress within the company. 100% attendance on the course is mandatory.
This is a permanent role that comes with performance bonuses and additional benefits and incentives.
