Who Are You?Who are you?You are passionate about the Airbnb experience & hospitality.A strong creative, branding and/or product background.You have experience with internationalization and growing a brand across multiple international markets simultaneously.You are eager to work in a business that puts customer first and you are ready and willing to provide creative and thoughtful solutions to our customer's questions or problems.Strong analytic skills with knowledge of strategic, economic, and financial analysis.You bring problem solving skills with doses of common sense, cheerfulness and stamina to the table.You bring 6+ years of experience in growth marketing leading online/offline marketing programs, ideally with a focus on acquiring and activating consumers in a local goods or services marketplace environment.Proven track record of successful growth initiatives, working cross-functionally as a business partner.Experience with driving customer growth with larger, considered transactions (e.g., airline bookings, hotel bookings, home purchases).Experience as a metrics-driven technology growth, with a background in generating quality leads (from amazing content creators) for a technologies businessCompensation DetailsAdd the compensation details relevant to the position here
