Senior Communications Manager/Speechwriter
High calibre individual with significant executive communications experience sought by this leading global financial institution.
The role will suit a PR, communications or marketing professional with experience gained from financial services, private equity, securities, technology or consulting industries. This experience must include working at a senior level with senior management on internal and external speeches, presentations, etc... Applicants will have a track record of achieving in a complex global matrix organisation and this record of achievement will be complemented by superior critical analysis and verbal and written communication skills and the proven ability to influence the senior leadership team.
This is a challenging and extremely rewarding role, recently created in a relatively new communications team. Responsibilities are varied and key tasks will include the oversight of senior management speaking engagements, to include speech writing, leading on strategic planning and development of content for distribution relating to Investment Services, communicating the firm's strategic initiatives and providing technical advice and leadership as appropriate. The successful candidate must be able to quickly establish strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. A proactive approach and creative problem solving skills are essentials.
