Purpose of the job:
To develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience.
We`re after an energetic go getter with Account Management Experience, someone who`s used to attending client meetings, maintaining and developing relationships and someone who`s target driven. Does this sound like you? Then keep on reading!
Other duties involve:
-Meet and fulfil financial and business targets for specific allocated Clients.
-Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
-Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
-Prepare and present opportunities using Business Case approach for internal approval process
