Job Title: Orders and Customer Support Executive

Salary: 18-20k DOE

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 5:30pm

You will need your own transport due to location

Our client is an expanding communications company who are looking for a bright and energetic Orders & Customer Support Executive to join their fun and dynamic technology team.

The ideal candidate will have some experience of working in a similar role and must thrive on providing excellent customer service. You must be able to multi-task, as this is a varied and busy role, along with having excellent attention to detail and knowledge of number porting.


* Answering and dealing with inbound calls
* Dealing with general enquiries via email Inc. stock & pricing issues
* Processing and confirming customer orders
* Provisioning orders on their Cloud system
* Purchasing licenses & maintenance services
* Liaising with suppliers, re-sellers & customers to organise installation dates
* Building & maintaining strong relationships with key customers & suppliers
* Dealing with delivery queries

Skills & Experience:

* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* The ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving
* Good organisation & consistent accuracy
* Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office systems
* A team player & can-do attitude
* Cloud System knowledge is desirable but not essential
