The PLM Digital Services Product Line is a new Product line created to address new market needs in an environment which becomes more and more digital. It includes maintenance services: predictive services, asset management based on big data and analytics technologies. The product line covers the ICS markets, respectively for Metro, LRT, and Main Lines. Primary Purpose of the Role The role of PLM Digital Services is a new position in ICS BL aiming to extend and reinforce the activity linked to maintenance that evolves considerably in the digital world. The main goal is to prepare and deliver to the market Products, with an attractive Value proposition, in accordance with market and customers' needs with a maximum competitiveness as well as a demonstrated and validated Return on Investment (ROI). It is based on the right balance between market pull, technology push and industrial capabilities. As PLM, you will supervise the product launch and its development throughout the life cycle. Principal Relationships The ICS Network PLM works closely with: The 3 Main Market Offer (MMO) leaders covering the ICS markets, respectively for Metro, LRT and Main Lines The DAPL responsible for the technical definition of the overall solution The Business Manager and Sales team responsible for growth The Product and Technical Managers relative to each subsystem of the product line Customers to present our offer and to collect Customer needs, in coordination with Key Account Managers (KAM) and Business Development Key Responsibilities and Tasks: Market Management Pilot analysis of worldwide market trends, developments in technology and industrial capabilities market/customer needs, segmentation and competition Provide robust value proposition & competitive positioning with Marketing and Business Intelligence Product Management Define, implement and monitor of the Product Line strategy Define & manage all product variability, commonality & re-use across the Product Line & throughout the Product lifecycle. Prepare and present Products Plans including Business Plan, roadmap, differentiation, value proposition, reuse strategy ??? Prepare and present Product Life Cycle Decision Reviews, then implement resulting action plans Propose SFRD/CFRD allocation that are approved during MYB and Development Launch DR Lead Product Line Core Team and Product Change Control Board Participate in development progress meetings and certify the Product acceptance Offer Management Define winning action plan and pilot Marketing & Sales Kit delivery with Marketing & Communication as part of BL Marketing plan: value proposition design, pricing rules, T&C, competitive positioning, marketing collaterals, Bid factory Participate in Bid gate preparation: validate tender compliance to Products Policy and identify the eventual gaps Customer Management Ensure consistency of Product Policy with customer's expectation & satisfaction as part of PL strategy & Product Plan Develop and maintain Market & Customers Requirements Description Provide support to KAM, Sales, and Capture Leader, Bid Managers during pre-sales and Bid activities: Participate in customers, prospect & partners meetings. Control and monitor Product Line and Products competitiveness, Business Plan and roadmap in line with Ambition Boost performance plan Ensure product re-use and Core/Non Core & Make Team Buy (MTB) Skills Ability to build Product Roadmap and Strategy Able to look outside - in: Knowledge of Analytics, Big data, Cloud Technologies Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders Understanding of digital transformation Knowledge of Services business model Excellent team player able to work with multi-cultural, global cross functional teams Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives Excellent organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail to facilitate a close relationship with engineer team Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences Able to operate in an ambiguous environment and align different interest towards a common goal
