Since taking on our first client in 2012, the company has grown steadily and now supports over 100 clients to stay living independently at home. We employ both experienced care assistants and those without experience, offering full support to all our staff and the opportunity for career progression.

Right at Home is based just outside Farnham and cares for people across Farnham, Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet, Guildford and beyond. Providing great care to older people in their own homes, we offer companionship, personal care, shopping, housekeeping and meal preparation to our clients.

We have a fantastic team and are now looking for a Care Manager to work closely with the Registered Care Manager. The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for Caregivers and Clients in the Guildford area, as well as supporting managers with planning future growth, community involvement and marketing initiatives.

We are looking for someone who ideally has experience of working in the home care setting, although you may have gained experience in another area of care. Ideally qualified to QCF level 5 (or happy to work towards), you will be confident and outgoing, capable of leading a team to a high level of standards and performance. Experience of managing people is essential as well as being able to manage your own time and co-ordinate others.

A high degree of computer literacy is also essential, as well as the ability to learn new systems (Gmail, People Planner, Switchboard).

  • At least 2 years' experience of managing people
