Salary Chesterfield GBP45,000 to GBP55,000 and London GBP50,000 to GBP60,000 depending on experience plus GBP4,000 Car pot, healthcare cover and 18% bonus potential

About the role

Leading and mentoring a team of Qlikview developers, you will support the development of reports & dashboards to enable self-serve reporting using Qlikview, Qilksense and Business Objectives tool-sets, working with internal stakeholders on new requirements to provide a more analytical solution for the business community than just a standard report.

Supporting the GBI Business Partners you will produce Qlik solutions of the highest quality as well design, develop, test and deploy Qlik solutions best suited for business requirements. You will also contribute to the overall Qlik architecture and road map to enable GBI Strategy.

You will Input into planning and estimation in agile framework to fulfil the requirements backlog as well as providing relevant documents/ outputs of internal procedures and drive continual Improvements to standard reporting and user functionality.

About you

You will have extensive experience in Qlikview and Qliksense application development and server management, with a deep understanding of the full breadth of features and functionality. You will have proven history in using data to add value to an organisation with high user adoption.

You will be an active member of the Qlik communities and considered an expert with all aspects of Qlik technology.

You will have experience in coaching and mentoring a team of fellow BI developers in a commercial customer focused environment. You will also have similar strengths in stakeholder management and project co-ordination skills, particularly using Agile (preferably SCRUM) methodologies. You will have strong communication skills along with evidence of leading BI development teams to success.

You will have a comprehensive understanding of the end to end BI development lifecycle through to production and data warehouses and modelling.

A Degree of Equivalent in Computer Science or a related subject (or equivalent) is desirable and certification in Agile and/ or Qlikview would be an advantage.

This Role can be based in either Chesterfield or London
