WaterAid is looking for a Office365 / SharePoint Specialist to play a vital role in our mission to transform lives with safe water, sanitation and hygiene in the world's poorest communities. Working within the Information Services Department, the Office365 / SharePoint Specialist will Support Collaboration Site owners to develop their sites by understanding their specific requirements and working with them to build the appropriate structures, features, and to determine audience and document management processes. Provide training, review current training materials and develop further training documentation on Office 365 products for users with differing technical abilities. Understand the business requirements for forms and workflows. Establish technical solutions for these requirements within the Office 365 environment and work with stakeholders (including our new HR system project team) to implement these. Develop systems documentation and training materials to ensure that the technical solution is sustainable by WaterAid staff going forward. Keep up to date with the Office 365 product suite and work with the Office 365 development roadmap to advise on the use of products within the business identifying any potential risks and opportunities. To be successful, you'll need to be Extensive experience administrating Microsoft Office365 products, SharePoint online, including building and maintaining sites, and account administration using Active Directory. A strong communicator and coach with an appreciation of cultural differences across WaterAid. A team player, able to work in a highly collaborative way with a wide range of stakeholders globally and a commitment to WaterAid's values and a working style that reflects these.
