This leading property maintenance company in North London is looking for a maintenance Coordinator to join the team. This is a great opportunity to bring your experience and knowledge to this busy role where your daily tasks will include but not be limited to:- - Organising reactive and planned maintenance jobs. - Ensure necessary resources are arranged to ensure timely completion. - Track jobs that include numerous elements. - Ordering materials for the engineers. - Completing necessary procedures on the management system. - Communicating to the business for all anticipated completion times and sending over completion notes and pictures. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent administration skills.
